Registration fees
The conference is planned as a fully hybrid conference allowing for on-site and online participation. All participants will have access to a professional conference platform and high-quality video streaming. Technical support will be provided so that, either format, participants can interact in a blended way and can engage in a professionally and socially enriching experience.
Both on-site and online participants must register in order to appear in the conference programme and publications, as well as to receive a certificate of participation.

- AELFE or TAPP member (and UPC staff): 180 €
- Non-members: 210 €
- Full-time MA or PhD student (only for students enrolled in the academic year 2020-2021, with proof of student status): 120 €
The same fees apply for both on-site and online participants, considering the varied and robust technical resources and support needed for a hybrid conference.

Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer. Please, clearly indicate the participant's name and add “AELFE-TAPP 2021 Registration”.
Confirmation of bank transfer should be attached to the registration form. The AELFE-TAPP 2021 organizers will not be responsible for tracking transfers deposited without appropriate identification.

Registration
Aware of the circumstances, we're planning for a hybrid conference, combining physical participation with virtual participation. Either format, all participants must register in order to appear in the conference programme and to receive a certificate of participation.
- Cancellation policy: No refunds will be possible if participants cancel their participation at the conference.
Please fill in the registration form. Registration will only be complete once proof of payment has been provided.
A gala dinner is planned on 8th July at "La Daurada Beach Club", circumstances permitting. If you wish to attend dinner, you can indicate so in the registration form. Do not make payment for the dinner during registration. Specific instructions will be given closer to the conference dates.
